It turns off automatically without any warning
This product is outdated and not meet the basic speaker requirement and the customer service is the another outdated one. The product itself have lots of draw backs out of which one draw back it will automatically get turn off , second it doesn't show battery information.......so i recommend not to waste your money and time on this product instead buy some other product.

Sounds quality is best but Sounds volume is very low for 20 watt speaker and not automatic set last mode, every time it's is set on Bluetooth mode when it will startFm is not working properlyI want return but only replacement.Its is functions are very old model

Inferior quality speaker
Extremely poor sound quality! This is feedback for the product development and QC team. You seem to be treating the words BASICS in the literal sense. Such an inferior quality product. Secondly despite the rubber strips at the bottom of the speaker is keeps shifting and moving!! How can Amazon make such a pathetic product?
