This is my 3rd order of King Arthur White Cheese. Recommended. I find it delicious, easy to use, not too salty, no clumping. Price is ok, I use a lot of this cheese and the cost adds up.

This is such a great product. It has a limited amount of ingredients while still preserving that cheesy taste goodness and with no color additives. It smells like regular cheese and is not too strong. It’s easy to use, and use it the way I would regular macaroni and cheese and powder it in finished pasta with some butter and milk. You do need to mix it well otherwise it will clump. I add a little More milk if I find that it’s too clumpy. Depending on how much you add to your pasta or sauces it’s a great value for your money.

I'm glad I read the reviews, which did not let me down--this cheese does not disappoint. I use it to make lower-cal mac-n-cheese with high-protein Carbe Diem pasta, a little kefir ir buttermilk, and a Laughing Cow wedge. It's absolutely delicious!

This has a more buttery taste than that of cheddar. I will use it for popcorn, but not for sauces.

Not cheap- but not fake-This powdered cheese was exactly what I was hoping for.- It is very tasty on my popcorn. I highly recommend sprinkling over hot popped corn that you poured into a large brown paper bag. Sprinkle ( a powdered sugar sprinkle jar works best ) and shake vigorously, sprinkle then shake again. The hotter the corn- the better the “sticking to each kernel”. One jar has lasted almost 2 months- Am definitely going to buy again.

This King Arthur cheese powder is a very fine texture and doesn't clump, but the flavor is not very cheesy. I used it on popcorn, but it gave only a mild cheese flavor, despite using large amounts.

I love this cheddar cheese powder so much that I've purchased it more than ten times. It doesn't get clumpy in an airtight container and it isn't too salty. It's perfect. The most recent container came already open and I have no idea how long the seal was broken under the lid. 😭
