Beautiful-Functional Cezve
We ordered your 20oz Cezve on the 25th and received such a marvelous product on the 27th.We obsess on individual activities and find coffee a delightful focus. After obsessing on the subject for about three years, we've got just about every tool to barista our way to sensational tasting coffee. Its taken this long for us to arrive at Turkish coffee because our focus is intense for long episodes. We've made our own heated sand bath and will be in discovery to brew Turkish coffee for months. We experienced half a dozen or more unsuccessful first-brews during our learning curve. So far, we find the best brew is a mix of 10 parts water to 1 part coffee using Turkish grind, light, medium and dark roast Arabica beans. We are hopeful to improve our technique to achieve another sensational tasting coffee. Our process begins with sugar and coffee in the Cezve, then we add warmed bottled water and give the mix a short stir, then no more than two minutes brew to produce lots of crema. Control of the start and end heat is most effective. We serve our brew with cool bottled water and soft double chocolate chip cookies. Thanks again very much for providing such a marvelous product - your Cezve is beautiful.

Turkish Copper coffee pot
The pot looks so beautiful, I am not giving five stars because of how they made the handle, it gets so hot & so does the lid, I ordered a silicone handle to slip through the brass handle, the handle by itself should be more sturdy to get a grip. Also the copper color changed after I put it on the stove top to make coffee . I will try to clean it with lime & salt as instructed. Will keep it anyway as I loved the look of it.

I am extremely happy with both the Copper Pot and the service
I am extremely happy with both the Copper Pot and the service. I ordered one for myself and within 2 months sent one as a gift to my parents and another to a friend in Canada. All shipments arrives in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. The coffee this produces is fantastic even on a glass top stove and I can not wait to try it in sand.As for the frequent complaints I have seen about it changing color: Copper when experiencing temp fluctuation and from being in contact with water develops a natural patina. This is normal and is purely visual. I however host a lot and want the pot to look good so the simple solution is to wash with a citric acid solution. Citric acid can be purchased in powder form here on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/BSG-HandCraft-Citric-Acid-1lb/dp/B01KVOVHOW/ref=sr_1_16_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1497015983&sr=8-16&keywords=citric%2Bacid&th=1 or at your local homebrew shop. Citric is a common wine and brewing ingredient and cleans up copper to a brand new look. LONG STORY SHORT: PATINA IS NATURAL AND EASILY CLEANED.

Heavy 2mm-thick Copper Ibrik is the Best and Works Well
I have a large collection of Ibriks, Brikis, and Cezves I use for decoration because this is the one I actually use every day to make Turkish/Greek coffee. It is really excellent, heavy with what appears to be a copper body, heats fast, and is well-designed. I don't use the lid. The CopperBull logo is stamped on the bottom. I put a silicone grip on the brass handle because it does get too hot to hold without a handle grip or pot holder of some type; I tied it on with a plastic cable zip tie. The inside surface is tinned so be sure to use a plastic--not metal--spoon to stir the water/coffee/sugar/spice mixture before it rises. Re-tinning is expensive and time-consuming since you have to ship the ibrik to a tinsmith in a very large city with a gourmet restaurant culture. I make my own spice mix using these proportions: cardamom (6 parts), cinnamon (2), cloves (2), nutmeg (1), vanilla powder (1). Middle Eastern coffee spice mix proportions are kept secret, but you can recreate the mix yourself from much-less-expensive grocery store-purchased spices as I did. The vanilla powder is optional. Many individuals like 100% cardamom but I find the mix tastes better.

Almost fabulous, but got a mismatched set.
Very beautiful, heavy, and well made. However, the lid did not fit. Sadly, whoever packed this was trying to get rid of a set that did not match.

Literally the best of all time
We have donated all other coffee pots to replace it with this one. This pot makes absolutely, genuinely the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life. No burn scorched taste at all and it’s always beautifully smooth. We will order another as a back up to take traveling with us. This is THE BEST pot!!!! We use it daily, multiple times a day, and it’s holding up like it’s brand new. We will never not have this in the house!

Don’t buy it if wanting to use!!
It’s absolutely beautiful, but it tarnished after few washes and cannot revive!!I gave it 2 stars because it’s very nice if purchased to display.
