I don't write reviews normally just rate.You normally get what u ordered or very bad product.But when you order silver and you get diamond you are shocked.Well I have all products from jaguar and hi ok Hindware only. I purchased twice from Hindware and stopped working in 3 months. Still fighting with them but after giving 2300/- rs product they say not even a day warranty. I came to know after purchasing twice. PatheticBut I was not sure should I buy this one. It is not brand and so on. But when I opened it it is far better than Hindware. Amazing build and quality.Alot sturdier. I have actually no words to explain. Color size quality all top notch.If you plan to buy do it. Just do it. Ensure it fits your commode.I just hope they maintain This quality and also provide service in case any issues. Because hopefully this is where u best big brands quality with service can kill any big giant like anything.

Product quality is ok, however it is a little smaller than my jaguar commode. It was mentioned in the product details that it will fit jaguar.

The seat cover has an outer cover and the seat. The back plate which produces the much touted 'soft close' action is badly designed. At full opening the outer cover cannot extend beyond 90° angle because the underside hits the backplate. Less than 90° means the open cover keeps brushing your back when you sit. When you are not sitting, the seat does not stay open but slowly starts dropping down. Imagine your considerate male members using it! Also a final irritant, albeit minor, is that the exact contour and dimensions are not provided..so it is unlikely to fit your WC perfectly.

Was a bit skeptical whether this will be suitable for the regular instead of wall mount commode. But it just fit like a fiddle on our neycer. No more slams! Only slow mo...

Supplied screws are too small. The closing mechanism does not work automatically as mentioned.

No. The off-white or beige color seat is different than the white seat, both with same part number. The white seat is dimensionally correct. The front circular part of the beige seat is very thin and hence it's fitting on the commode is wrong and flimsy. The dimensions of the beige color seat, are Not as per the part number they are showing. Supplier must correct this and confirm. I had to return the beige color seat.
