Scales are fine however they can take a couple of seconds to come to the final reading so one often ends up overfilling whatever bowl is on them as the weight under-reads initially. This isn't a problem for large items but when trying to weigh small things (say under 100g) it makes the process quite laborious as one must repeatedly wait for the measurement to stabilise before adding additional material - or else overshoot and then slowly scoop out the excess.

The item is quite expensive - plus we needed to return ours as the glass top kept unscrewing and would not remain level.

Arrived as stated. Exactly as described. Once I had inserted my purchased 2 x AAA batteries I tested them down to weighing 1 gramme. Can't wait for weekend to start baking with some decent scales. Ahhhh, I'll have no excuses. Do amazon sell ovens 😉😆

Brilliantly simple to use, no frills - on/tare/off. Job done. Small size to fit in cupboard but the design with the display off centremeans you can use quite a large bowl.
