I've been suffering from constipation for more than five years. After tried so many products and methods for constipation, I tried this one and have seen good results. Initially I used it in powdered form, then tried capsules (2 caps per night). This works wonderful in clearing bowels. As the ingredients are herbal, so far no side effects.Now I'm taking it with Triphala capsules.(2 caps of Aaadar with 2 caps of Triphala). And the results are good.Plus the daily food intake should have good amount of fiber, so that the capsules work well in clearing the bowels.Alhamdhulillah.

I felt very clam , had a peace of mind the next day after I used this product, it helped ibs symptoms as well, but the bad part is that I had a pain in the kidney area for about 2 days and I had to stop using it, I have to think again carefully to use it the next time

This capsule is working fine for constipation and you will feel the urge to visit toilet after you get up in the next morning (without disturbing your regular wake up timing). I wanted to give a negative review but there is no option, the product is good packing, nice colour but it does not work at all, I don't recommend

I had started using this product to get some relief from constipation. However, on starting the course, I had an upset stomach the next day. I stopped for a few days and tried it out again, and again the same problem occured. As such, now I'm a bit hesitant about continuing to use this product.

I had chronic constipation for one year. I tried some allopathic medicines and and advice. It didnt solve my proble. During amazon search i stumbled upon RE-LAX. I ordered twin packs. I am taking the capsules for the last week. Since then my digestion has increased and bowel movement has become normal with complete evacuation. I quite strongly recommend to the needy
