Motorcraft - Element Asy - Air Cleaner (FA1904)

This is an exact replacement filter for my Fiesta, so it fit perfectly and was easy to install. I would recommend this filter to anyone who uses this particular size. They seem well built and the original that I had taken out was very clean on the backside, indicating that it had stopped all dust and dirt from going through it.

It's an air filter. The most important things about it are that it fits tight into the enclosure, that it properly blocks dirt and contaminants from getting through, and that it lets enough air through. Since it's Motorcraft, you know it does all three of those things for your Ford, because Ford designers established the specifications. Are there better ones? Maybe. You could fit an aftermarket cold air intake with a custom filter. But unless you're planning on doing that, this one definitely fits the stock air intake right and does the job well. An essential part of a basic tune up.

I purchased this after looking under the hood of my car and realizing the air filter was disgusting. This can affect gas mileage and a number of other internal systems so obviously I wanted to correct it as quickly as possible. However, after calling around Chicago I was shocked at the price some of the local shops were charging to replace the filter. After watching a YouTube video of how to install the filter, I ordered this and went out into the driveway to embark on home car repair. Traditionally this is the space of the insane and the overly confident.This literally was the easiest thing I think I've ever done with a replacement part. If you can check the oil with the dipstick you can change this. You need a screwdriver and to be gentle removing the old filter. Entire thing took maybe 5 minutes, worked perfectly and was impossible to do incorrectly. Buy this, do it yourself and then endlessly discuss how you "replaced your cars air filter" to anyone who will listen to you.

Own both a Focus ST 2016 and a Fiesta SE 2011. For my focus I own a few washable filters/dry filters... Greenfilter/KEM, other one I forget.To the point, this this is so cheap, and so much less maintenance than a reusable filter. Absolutely will be buying these for my next car, OEM reliability while also being extremely easy to install (took less than 5 minutes!). If you don’t have a tuned sports car, then go ahead and buy a paper filter, you won’t notice a damn difference other than ease of use.

Perfect fit for 2011 Ford Fiesta SEL, this is a very easy job you can do yourself!!If you can can put bread in a toaster to make toast you have the technical skills to change your own air filter. Save yourself some money and time, watch a youtube video and do it yourself. You got this!ity suggestions fit my car well.

Fits 2013 Ford Fiesta. Box was a little crunched but the filter was fine. Felt the same, if not better, than the original FoMoCo filter.
