It was exactly what I needed

I’m not big on brand names, but oftentimes, they have that name for a reason. This would be a prime example. I purchased these batteries to replace old batteries for cordless phones. Although I realize I am one of three people in the United States who still have a home phone, that’s another discussion. The point of discussion is, these batteries last quite a while between charges (I have not timed it, but I’m guessing about three days if not more). That’s standby time and not time with regular use, because I don’t use them a lot. So, if I don’t use them a lot, why do I still have a landline? Again, another discussion.I cannot attest to how long they will last, but these batteries replaced old Panasonic batteries of the same type and they lasted about three years to the best of my recollection. That was with regular use. That’s why I chose Panasonic batteries. I’ve used off-brand batteries, but I had one off-brand which had a couple of batteries in the packs explode – not an exaggeration, they literally exploded. So, with some things you want to go with a name you recognize. This is one of those things.

LONG LASTING

I opened the package and installed it in all of my phone handsets. But 2 were duds. I tested it on the other phones and they still didn't work. Shucks!

This is the second time I have ordered these particular batteries for my phones. The first time was at least 3 years ago and they performed perfectly. A full charge lasted on the phone for days. This time the batteries hold charge for barely a day. I have had them for a couple of months now. The first couple of charges were as they should be. But now... zip. I barely charge the phone and it's dead. Almost as if these are used batteries. Most disappointing.
