I cut the plug off of this and wired it to my slot car track and it works very well and is adjustable.

It works as intended, very convenient for maker's in the electrical engineering space. Reliable as well. I only gave 4 stars because the knob is a bit fluid, basically if you want to get to a very specific value like 3.3 or 5 you sometimes have to turn very slowly and run over it a few times til you catch it. This is not the worst thing in the world and could be a plus for some folks to have a more fine level of adjustment but I typically deal with a set of fixed, standard voltages so it can be a bit frustrating when I want 3.3 and I keep turning to 3.2 or 3.4. Overall I'd buy again if I needed.

Just what I needed to run my 10 fan Grow booth

Nice idea. Though when checked against 2 VOMs (who agreed with each other), meter on device showed as much as .5 volts off. Sometimes over. Sometimes under. Interesting. Also could not get down to 3v. Lowest was 3.65v. Highest was 12.6. Very hard to get voltage output to any level of accuracy for particular circuit needs.Keeping in any case. Handy for testing unmarked DC motors and such. At least I'll have a ballpark idea of power requirements for some of the surplus stuff I buy for gizmo and prop making.

Replaced the control box on a se@ machin@. Made it slower at start which is what I needed it for. Great part for this machine.

The minimum voltage supplied is 3.5 volts — not the 3.0 volts as advertised.That 3.5 minimum volts is actually what I needed, so I set the voltage at minimum and it seemed to work……24 hours later, the voltage had creeped up to over 6.5 volts, and BURNED UP $80 worth of green lasers!!!This power supply is terrible. I do not recommend it!Caveat Emptor!
