Not very happy
I haven't had this umbrella a year yet & have only used it a very few times. I went to use it at one of my grandson's baseball games last week to keep the sun off & when I pushed the release button,it completely shot out of my hands....... more than once & would not stay up. I didn't even see anything TO make it stay up! I have tried to find the manufacturer's website or a phone #,but can't seem to find anything. I'm really aggravated b/c I paid $20 plus for it & would like to send it back & get a different one b/c I know I can't get my $$ back. Any suggestions or has anyone had the same experience?

defective-returned
Umbrella shipped in box with other things from order. Appeared used, The handle was extended and slightly bent. It will not open or close, can not compress handle down as it is jammed.returned !!
