Great fuel for long runs!
Training for my first marathon. I bought multiple different fuels. These give you a boost of energy that you need. The different flavors add a bit of variation. I am always looking forward to when I can get the fuel. They are easy to store in your running vest while runner and to quickly eat.

Super sweet but does the job
Was using these for my 8+ mile runs but they are really hard to get down. They are very sweet and I have to chase with water for each little sip/bite I take. It literally takes me about a mile to get through the pack. It does refuel me and doesn’t upset my stomach but only if you are ok with the taste.

These type of products are very subjective, in my opinion. I won't go into super detail about how it made me feel or the taste because what's good for me, isn't good for someone else.What I really like about them are the ingredients. It's honey with some vitamins and electrolytes. I don't drink caffeine often so I'm also glad they don't have that in them. I like that it is a small quantity pack as well. I run 5k, 3 times a week and then run a 10k 1 time a week. So I don't really run far enough to need these that often. I am preparing for a half marathon and will need them for that. But other than when I do those long, long runs I won't need them. I don't want them to just sit and take up space or go bad, so it's nice that it's a small pack. I also liked that they send 2 flavors in the variety pack so it's not always the same flavor when you have them.The consistency is the same as honey, perhaps a slight bit more runny. I used to love those honey sticks as a kid so eating pure honey is nothing new to me and I don't mind the texture. The packets are easy to open when you're running as well which is a big plus.What I didn't like about them is that it appears there are different levels of sugar in the flavors. The Fruit Punch has 11g of total sugars while the Gold has 24g of total sugars. I don't know the reason for that but it would seem to me that the Fruit Punch would be less effective than the Gold for providing an energy boost based on those numbers. But, this could also be a selling point for others. Some people don't need as much sugar to get a boost and might prefer less sugar.Overall, I am very satisfied with these and will be ordering more when I have a longer race in the future.

Best gels for long distance running.
These are my go to gels for long runs. They seem to be the most friendly with delicate stomachs as I've given some to folks that don't take gels because it upsets their stomach, but these seemt o go just fine.

These are thick consistency!
Great source of fast sugar and calories. Super sweet but taste ok. They are thick so use water with them. Never use them unless you have tested them in a hike or run over an hour long. They are a great supplement to solid foods on long hard efforts.
