No set up, just hook it up and it works. Only thing I wish was that it didn't require you to hold down the button to move, but not a big deal.

This system helped a little girl's motorized wings Halloween costume come together nicely. Sucks that the actuator wasn't made as nice.

If it doesn't work at first, it's because you must have a reliable power sources. Works well with portable power supply and doesn't drain it that much. I think what got me to buy this thing was the extra actuator piece that's needed with its positive and negative wiring.

Stop working after 2 days of use. Junk no response from vendor. Buy at your own risk stay way from this seller. Defective product. Open it up and all the component were burn up. Waited to late to test it over a month , can't return it now, can't use it as paper weight because it smell as electronic burned parts. Wish I could give it zero stars

I used this with a actuator for my wife to open a large desk drawer. Now she just opens it remotely. Only improvement would be to open a little faster.
