Due to half paralyzed voice box that lasted 8 months, I was not able to eat a lot of different foods. I started having stomach issues. I have purchased these from subscribe & save twice. I need them. They’re a lifesaver & work well for my body. If it has been a couple days, I take two. If I have been straining, I will take one a day for a couple days until things are ok again.My issue was the shipping. They came to me this most recent time, completely melted. They’re a non-returnable item, which I completely understand but they made me feel like a criminal when I asked for a refund. They called it a one-time exception. Sorry since when is asking for a refund for a damaged or defective item, an exception?
