Atrend Soundqubed 12 ” Single Vented SPL Subwoofer Enclosure - SPL-Tune Subwoofer Box Improves Audio Quality, Sound & Bass

I got this box used for 100 bucks and it had a few dents in the corners from shipping etc but it sounds great! I put a Savard Hi-Q 12'' subwoofer in it and it fits like a glove. I am running a sundown sia-1750d at 2 ohms on the Hi-Q. The bass is nice and clean and the lows are more pronounced than in the qbomb box I had it in before. It's bult well with nice and thick MDF. I would recommend this box especially if you can get a used one for cheaper.

I originally had my Rockford in a custom box made for my Altima as you can see in the pictures but the port was too small and it chuffed like crazy. After purchasing this box and putting it back in my car it woke my sub up. It was much louder and the lows were deeper with zero chuffing and I am amazed at how well my sub sounds now. I'll find any excuse to use the car now lol. Would buy again.

So the box actually 28.5 with the recessed ends port is 13.25 tall 2 wide by 24 long that works out to 31hz the box is actually 2.2 after accommodation for the Port and a normal sub that displaces 0.16 so just for everyone who is wanting g that little bigger cuft and little lower hz that's the numbers I got made me happy now to hook it up and get the real world listen/update the box saounds nice and low especially with the hdx3 from soundqubed fs of 26 o. The 12 inch . I have 1 complaint the terminal is right at the cut out for the sub which is where the most sound psi is mine had a screw that wasn't set i removed all screws on the terminal wired the sub with ring terminals to the back of the terminal supplied and set the screws to the proper tension they weren't stripped or lose the very first test run after installed all the tiny screws stripped their holes and blew terminal outtheside . I thought I heard a change in the bass so looked and the terminal sitting outside the box so used bigger screws and caulked the hole fit the terminal back in no problem since . The sub cut out needed to fit a hdx is slight small but better then big and i sanded it is way better the jig sawing

Box was good but tbh with this price u could build u a better box tuned lower for some reason these pre made boxes separate themselves alot not saying this one did but they do have a habit of doing that and becarful on what sub u trying to put in this I put a skar I think sdr and it barely lined up it's ment for bigger subs

Awesome box, definitely worth the money

The best thickest box Ive eve owned or seen, real quality. Be prepared because with one 35 lb Skar I have, it is really heavy to lift. Im going to get the 1500 wat rms Skar amp for it and bang. Right now at 880 watts its about 100 db. It is in the trunk and thats what it hits in the cabin. Tk

My only problem is I'm pushing more power than it almost can take but all in all quality and sound quality is right on point.If u pushing anymore than 1500 true rms it wants more space.

Did come with small ding in the back corner but that was from shipping but hooked it up with the hds3 12 and it sounds amazing, hits the low notes way better than my 2 kicker cvx 10's in a custom box. The sound is very loud and my bass knob is all the way down on heavy bass songs! If you want a custom box and can't build one or don't want to spend $300 to have one built this is the way to go. Pair these two and you will rattle you're car!!!
