Horrible Experience - Avoid Aquaultra Water Purifier
I had an extremely frustrating experience with the Aquaultra water purifier and I strongly advise others not to purchase this product. The purifier started leaking water due to a faulty valve. When I reached out to their warranty department, expecting assistance, I was shocked to hear that they were helpless and advised me to call a plumber. I don’t understand why a plumber should be responsible for fixing a faulty machine that was sent to me.To make matters worse, they claim that their 1-year warranty only covers the water pump, which is of no real benefit to the customer. This company clearly doesn't care about maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers or gaining referrals.I will never buy from Aquaultra again, nor would I ever recommend their products to anyone. Please take this review as a warning and stay as far away from this company as possible.
