Aico are one of the best names in smoke alarms, and you can add these to others from Aico, such as mains wired detectors, to complete a system where all the detectors work together. These can be used in locations where it isn’t possible to use mains wired ones such as attics without access. Just make sure you choose the correct ones because not all the range are compatible.

I was impressed with how quickly this item arrived by Royal Mail (second class). It beat something similar ordered at the same time from Amazon (different supplier) and sent by courier by nearly a weekInstalled without difficulty. Battery should last ten years. Can't comment on that yet.
