Its useable but as mentioned it has a veey low capacity.

The ones I tried were charged and ready to use.
Batteries arrived charged. The old battery of the same model and make I tried to charge on a battery charger overnight but it still didn't light up my solar lamp, so had to replace with one of these new ones.
