These are great items, a bit pricey but worth it. When you need to take daily medications and don't remember if you took it, this item takes away the guessing game just stick it on your pill/vitamin bottle.

These medication trackers have been very useful to us. Our dog was recently put on a few medications, and these toggle-style trackers help our family know whether or not the medications have been given.- The tracker is attached to the pill bottle, so there is very little chance that you will neglect to note the administration of the medication. When we were tracking medication doses on paper, there were many instances when we did not make note of a dose because the pen or the notepad were moved away from the medication storage area.- The toggles are easy to "flip" while also being firm enough that there aren't any concerns about changing their direction by accident.If you need to give AM/PM doses of a medication, you can choose to designate one color to indicate the AM dose and the opposite color for PM *or* you can place 2 of these toggle panels on the bottle. We chose to use 2 toggle panels, and we used a Sharpie to mark AM on one and PM on the other. Note, though, that having 2 of these panels stuck to a bottle can make it awkward to open the bottle.These can be removed from one bottle, then put on another; however, we opted to refill the bottle, instead. (This might only be advisable if you are refilling with the same medication.)These trackers were a great purchase. I highly recommend them.

Performs as advertised

I'm pretty good at remembering my meds, but having a tracker on the bottle means that I never have to second-guess myself. "One less thing to worry about" is gold these days.I love the design, too. It's just a little bit of plastic, very light, but the switch has a clicky mechanical action that feels like a throwback to a more analogue era. Satisfying little snap every time. It's extremely simple and extremely effective, does exactly what I want it to do and nothing else. "How do I track morning & evening doses? Do you sell a double?" ...nah, they say, just add a second one. Cool, that works great.I've been using these for a little over 8 months now, and they're still solid & effective. I haven't tried to remount them yet, I just re-use the bottle I like. The website says they're good for a year but I bet they last even longer if you just replace the mounting tape.There's just something really satisfying about finding a tool that solves a problem efficiently and effectively. 5 stars well earned!

This little slider is such a simple solution, but it works PERFECTLY for me. I was always forgetting to take my medication, and it started affecting my mental health, but I was struggling to find a solution.Pill cases were too clunky, as I only have one pill I need to take, plus the reminder to actually fill the thing up.Alarms on my phone didn’t work, because if I was busy when it went off, I’d say “I’ll take it in a couple minutes”, and then immediately forget. My medication is also one I don’t have to take at the same exact time each day.Apps didn’t work for the same reason, because even if I did take the pill, I’d forget to mark it in the app, so then I’d think “wait….did I actually take one?” which leads to missed or double doses.Marking on a white board also didn’t work because it was an extra step I’d still get distracted. (Notice a theme of easily distracted…)That’s where take-n-slide fixed the issue. It is a physical thing I have to actually move that it is attached right to my pill bottle, so as I’m twisting off the cap, I can move the toggle in basically one movement. The toggles also don’t move easily, so I’m not worried about accidentally bumping them. They have a clear and satisfying click when moved, and the color code makes it so easy for me to glance and see if I have taken my medication that day. I bought a second for my sister, so now we send each other pictures of our fully green week to share that we’ve taken our meds each day! It’s a fun motivation.They say they are reusable, I haven’t actually tested that; I just use the same pill bottle and refill it with my refills. I’ve been using the same one for close to a year and it hasn’t budged, nor have the toggles become loose or weak! It comes with 5 take-n-slides, I gave some to my husband for his medication (though one he just uses as a fidget toy, and the toggles have STILL held up to that constant use)Such a genius solution, very high quality plastic and adhesive. It’s almost a shame I only take one medication, I want to buy more just to support this business! Highly recommend for anyone that gets easily distracted and forgetful, or just needs more physical reminders vs digital.
