I grew so tired of my smartwatch dying. I hated having to charge it, it needing an update, not connecting to the internet and finally the battery only lasting 1 day. I purchased a previous watch before from Casio but it was too small for my wrist. Recently my Fibit wouldn't hold a charge and the battery would die after wearing the watch for 8 hours. I didn't want to spend another $200.00 and I was over all the useless technology I wasn't utilizing so I gave it another go and I'm surprised to say I love my new watch and after modding it....total cost was around $60.00 bucks. Switch the strap to a nato, protective bars, and adapters for a 22mm strap. This looks so cool. Gives off a military vibe and looks expensive. The date and time are super important to me because I work in health care. Im glad I switch back to an old school watch. I hate that everything has become over complicated with technology. You have to charge everything. I think from here on out I will be owning a casio. You can't beat the price and you can customize it to fit your vibe.

First, I’m in love with the color and the accents or the watch. The colors are mute and not super bright so it matches with different outfits. Second, it arrived quickly with no problems. Third, it’s so easy to use. The manual is very easy to understand and it did not take long to set it up. Fourth, since I just received the watch, I’m not sure how water resistant it is truly. But I have high hopes. I bought this watch to work as a lifeguard over the summer and needed the water resistance and stopwatch as it’s super important since I can’t be on my phone while on duty. The band itself should be able to fit just about anybody. It has a lot of settings. I also love that there isn’t so many buttons and it’s kept simple with just three. Again, the manual is very helpful while getting used to the watch. The only thing is it is a little bit bulky, but I’m sure over time it won’t matter that much to me. I’m very happy with my purchase. I would recommend this watch to any lifeguard.

Update: 5 stars. I've bought a couple watches since sharing my original opinion and decided this is actually a really nice watch for the money. Excellent for viewing at an angle. The strap isn't bad once you get used to it. The screen is resin but image is clear and numeral size is larger than my recently purchased G-Shock. Buttons are easy to press.Negative.I would prefer a softer strap. These type straps aways seem too tight or too loose. The G-Shock is the same though at much greater cost. The watch face isn't recessed and that worries me since it's not mineral glass it will likely get scratch up. On a positive, it is lightweight and has a light. Comparison photos are between between DW5600E-1V and SGW100B-3V

What can I say!!! CASIO is the UNDISPUTED GOLD STANDARD of electronic watches. This particular model is one of the most popular ones that Casio make. It looks elegant on the wrist and tells time accurately. The colors, the text on the watch and the highly readable and friendly LED display - all come together perfectly in a simple, practical, accurate and easy every day watch. Highly recommend. This should be in every watch lovers collection. I might get a few others in different colors to go with all my work outfits.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:its a pretty basic watch works well, water resistant, has a light to see time in the dark, has a stop watch and timer. only thing I dont like is the strap. so so so uncomfortable and actually kinda hurts and leave marks after 30 mins. I cant seem to find a replacement strap :(

I mainly bought this for my work and it works great. It’s simple but can go well and match with any of my outfits. It’s a good add on accessories but also useful to check on time for my work breaks.

Un reloj sencillo pero muy muy bueno, recibe golpes ya que lo usa una adolescente y aguanta todo jejej. Su alarma suena muy duro para mi es algo bueno.
