I have the door opener model "Overhead Door" and I went to the manufacturers website to get the owners manual the explains how to program the original remote. This remote that you have is programmed exactly the same way as the original that came with your opener so these instructions will work for your remotes.

Q: Does this work with overhead door company model 455

I am sorry I don't know. I will say they work but sometimes they need a firmer push on the buttons
