I was apprehensive but a sinus infection drove me to give it a try. I am so glad I tried it. It works great and is super easy to operate.

I've always had an issue with being stopped up. It’s never been a problem for me, so just lived with it. I had a doctor’s visit recently and my doctor asked if I had a cold because I sounded congested. Told him no, and we talked about it more. He suggested I try using a Neti Pot or the Navage irrigation system. So I ordered the Navage system while I was at his office because Amazon would be able to deliver it before I got home.Got home and unboxed it and was VERY intimidated. I’ve never used anything like this before. But followed the instructions (and videos) and gave it a try. My first attempt was messy, very messy. My second attempt was better. My third try was a success. No water coming through my mouth at all and completed a whole cycle with no mess.For the first time, I could actually breath through my nose. I did use the eucalyptus salt pods and my nose felt amazing and clear. I was also surprised how long I stayed uncongested. So my routine is once in the morning and once before bed. For me it took me a couple of attempts to get use to it. But now, it is so simple to use and it’s best relief ever. I even bought the travel case because this will be going on every trip I take.

After using a Neti Pot for several years, I broke down and purchased this - am I ever glad I did. Quick and easy to use, and very effective. I also purchased the Eucalyptus Pods. Both mine and my wife's favorite.

Just buy this and throw your neti pot away. This is awesome... clears my nasal passages perfectly. Don't be scared my the race of flow of the water, it is light... Honestly, the pour/ flow of a netipot is way worse not to mention the way you have to stand to do it.. As a 6ft 2 guy it's hard to use a netipot without being splashed...lol one key to using the navage is to keep your head straight and not look down.. let it do its job..water in, water out...Clean up, assembly and use is easy and quickAs I said... Get one!! And Fsa & hsa covers it

Great product when its working. The bottom part came off and dropped on my table. Mucus every where . But Amazon refunded me my money with an apology. Buying the product again from a pharmacy.

It's awesome. Works great. 2nd set I have ordered. I tell people all the time that the Navage is worth getting.

Don’t love that you have to use their salt pods with it, but this thing pulls out so much snot!
