Just the job - a good, basic pre-amp at a good price, with no Bluetooth latency
It's like a phone that just makes phone calls: no bells and whistles (except you can to use its tone controls). Signal tweaks can done at source, and speaker quality is your choice. Sound quality is always subjective, but it seems good to me.I stream and play video on my PC, but my 40 year old amp died. I bought a Bluetooth amp: it's great for audio, but the audio latency made the sync difficult for video (VLC can be adjusted with some fiddling), but hopeless for streaming. That's going on ebay. This unit is wired, so no latency, and perfect video sync. The inputs and speaker output are standard, and transferred from my old amp with no problem. It has a great footprint - smaller than a takeaway carton, so it will fit anywhere. No problems with it so far, but even if it broke down once a year, I'd still get the same.

Works as specified, though power cable is a bit short.
No complaints, for its price it works great, the EQ knobs I would recommend just leaving out and changing the EQ in software, but I cant really fault the product for it at such a low price point.Hooked up to my speakers, sound is great, though getting the amp on my desk was a bit tricky, as the DC wall adapter provided had quite a short cable, it being only about 1 meter long, though I'm sure that that would be enough to suffice the needs of most people.Would recommend, at this price point, I feel like this is the best value for money you could get.

Excellent Little Simple Amplifier
I bought this so that I could use a pair of old hi-fi speakers with my PC. (Just for info you cant connect hifi speakers to a PC without an amp of some description). Space is very limited on my desk and the amp needs to sit in a small (4 inch) gap between my screen and one of the speakers. This amplifier fitted perfectly and works wonderfully. The quality of sound is brilliant and the volume, treble and bass controls work well and provide more than adequate adjustable controls for my purposes. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone with limited budget, space or both!!

Great value for money little amplifier
To start with, I do like my audio. Even my PC has a stereo Yamaha amp, sub and Bowers and Wilkins speaker. My garage has a Rotel amp with Wharfedale speakers, and I have a few other systems scattered around the house, usually much bigger than these two (B&W 683 based 5.1 surround / Denon amped setups). So I can appreciate good sound quality. With that said, what I needed here didn't need to be "as impressive". I repurposed a pair of B&W M1 speakers and a Chromecast Audio to supply the hifi for my Kitchen. But my old Arcam Alpha A65 stopped working. So while I had that stripped out the system to investigate, I bought this cheap little amp to keep the sounds going. And I must say, it's certainly good enough to the point that I haven;t even started to look at the Arcam yet. Moreover, I am seriously considering swapping out my Yamaha for one of these (or something like it, since this doesn't have a sub-out).I have bumped the Bass and Treble a bit from neutral. For my tastes with these small speakers, this seemed to dial it in just right. For me. In my kitchen mostly listening to talk radio, but the occasional Spotify / Techno DJ mix.I've only had a week now, and so can't currently comment on longevity. But for my use case, the sound quality is very good. Much better than I expected for the price (£26 when I bought in January 2022). It would probably cost way more to fix my Arcam, which I didn't feel gave me anything over this little amp. Again, for my use case.So overall, pretty happy with this. And if my Rotel (RA-03) in the garage didn't sound so good, something like this would work perfectly there too. I probably wouldn't use it as a main hifi amp right enough, but for almost everything else, it would be great.

Does the job well but awfully short cable!!
Does the job nicely, brilliant piece of kit for the price and size, would recommend. However expect having to buy an extra power supply unless you plan to plug it right by a socket as cable is only about 40cm long if that!

Impossible
I store a lot of music files on my desktop pc, 99.9% are flac files, I usually listen with headphones, expensive headphones at that. I also run an optical out from my desktop sound card ( Asus Xonar Essence STX) to my main hifi system, which cost in excess of £4,000.Sometimes when listening to music with headphones, or watching a movie I found the headphones could get uncomfortable after a while and also headphones are very 'isolating', thats to say if my wife was to say something to me I wouldn't hear her at all with headphones on.I decided to try this little amp with a pair of JBL Control One Speakers that I wasn't using on my home theatre system having replaced them with some QA3020i Loudspeakers.I can only really comment on my initial impressions here, I cant offer any opinion as to the longevity of this product, its durability , reliablity etc, however, I can comment on what I hear and I hear what I consider to be quite remakable, the sound is crystal clear, very impressive bass, plenty of volume. I could go into using all the buzz words that audio folk love to use but theres no point here.I sit here listening to music and I honestly find it impossible to believe I am listening to an amp and speakers with the combined price of less than £75, If this company can conjure up this level of magic for £25.00 then what they must be capable of achieving on a bigger budget is food for thought indeed.I see British Audio companies selling amplifiers for ridiculous amounts of money, theres no way in this world they can justify the price when companies like this can offer a quality product thats honest in what it can do and what it cant.My advice, next time you are looking at buying an integrated amplifer, just take time to think about it before you commit, for £25.00 give this a go first if all you need is an amp with a single input. Happy listening.
