I'm not actually trying to get pregnant but this book is FANTASTIC. So informative and full of incredible recipes. I've been ticking them off. Start with the Stress Busting Mocha!!!! Awesome book, hope there's a second in the pipeline! My Baba

On balance, worth a go!
We had a go at the detox diet that apparently gets your body ready and optimal for conception. The plus points:The recipes are easy to follow. The recipes are tasty - a big effort has been made to inject flavour into this food.Great granola recipe.Great veggie burger recipe.Lovely, moist, almond bread. So, some recipes I will be making as part of my normal diet. The negative points:Eating like a Hollywood star (the book is endorsed by one) is quite expensive.A lot of ingredients can't just be picked up at an average supermarket, you're going to need a health food shop for some of this stuff. Some of the ingredients need to be bought in a full bottle or jar, you'll only use a small amount and may never pick it up again.I didn't get pregnant, but I did feel healthier!

Highly recommend the book
Just finished the 5 days detox and I was highly impressed with the recipes. Both me and my partner thought the recipes were delicious and packed full of flavour and we will be continuing to use the recipes on our fertility journey. It's not hard to find the ingredients I did my shop on Ocado and no issues finding anything. Highly recommend the book.

Nice recipes, but nothing spectacular
Based on this book, I already have a pretty perfect diet for optimum fertility, as does my husband. Yet we're not pregnant yet. I wouldn't waste money on this if you're already healthy. There were some nice recipes, but don't bother buying it.... ask me and I'll tell you them (such as a delish avocado and strawberry smoothie, yum).

You will need a blender for these recepies!!...
I brought this book as am keen to try & follow a healthy diet when TTC. Whilst this book is useful, a lot of the information is not new to me. I was keen to try the detox but the list if ingrediants needed went over 2 pages so I think I will try a more simple one. I've tried a couple of recipes. The spag Bol needs 500g of meat not 200g-it barely made 2 meals!!! The feta burgers were yummy, and the passion fruit ice cream was good. Would have been better with a nice cream blender. As the tilttle says-you WILL need a blender & a lot of money! A lot of the ingrediants are quite pricey (but I wasn't suprised at this). Overall a good buy.

Highly recommended
Full of vitamin boosting recipes the bonus being that they are delicious. We used these in the months before our I feel treatment and are now sitting here starring at our sleeping 10 week old boy! Think the food helped but essentially made us feel good and like we were trying everything we could. Still using some of our favourite dishes now.
