Not recommended in our region home structures
I kept trying to move this product closer to less than 5 meter and keeps shutting off. Support wasnt helpful at all and kept closing and opening new tickets and requesting same infor over and over again. When installing it it shows signal 2/3 then 30 min later it drops. I didnot change the homebase location neither the cam, it turns off during the day and turns on at night. I couldnt understand what is the reason behind this failure specially the distance is less than 5m.Paid for 3 cams out of these which are unusable for me now.
