The straps are a tad too thin for a big bag. It's my first large bag so I may be biased here but I wouldn't recommend it for hours of use with heavy carriage, trust me it will hurt your shoulder (coming from a full-time student)It's perfectly fine for normal daily use with light items.It's quite sturdy and stands upright even when it's empty.The inside is big enough to fit 5/6 maybe more textbooks depending on their thickness.I love the shade of black it has.It's chic !

Bought as a gift for a relative and they love it.As this was a gift for someone there is only so much I've interacted with the bag but I have had feedback from the recipient and they love it.The bag has an adjustable strap, so it can be shortened or lengthened to a certain amount. It has a zip pocket in the interior to help protect valuables. It also has a zip across the top to, again, protect the contents of the bag from any unwanted attention.It is being used by an elderly relative so is not too heavy or they would have mentioned this. After several months of use now it seems to be as good as when bought so it seems to be quite durable.

I bought this for popping out shopping, not as a shopping bag as such, but something big enough for my ‘stuff’ phone, diary, insulin, hairbrush etc. but with a little extra space in case I made a small purchase or two when out and about. It’s perfect for that, and doesn’t look cheap. It’s not heavy when empty either, some of my branded bags are! The pockets inside are small, not large enough for smartphones, but will hold Keyes, a coin purse and a lipstick, to keep them handy. There are large sort of slit pockets on the outside. I keep my face mask and hand gel in one of them, but I think you could also use for a water bottle if not too large. I let the straps down to the longer length, and would have preferred a longer strap really, but all in all it’s a great bag for the price.

very pleased with this bag, just what I wanted. perfest size for me, I havent used it yet so cant comment on the quality when used. but it seems to be o.k. lovely colour, just what I needed for my holiday. delivery was fine.

Nice bag and good size but has a disgusting smell. Was too late to send back so had to air and soak in perfume
