I chose the Medium size and it was accurate fit for me. Been wanting to get it for a while now and im glad i gave it a try. Good quality and I sweated well after only 30 minutes of walking (didn’t need any sweat gel). Doesn’t bother my skin and has no smell. Delivery was good too. I would recommend the product for the value.

It’s too big, but that was me. A lot of these bands are too small even if it says it’s your size, but nope they are sized for all fitness level. Annnnd they work. The puddle of sweat isn’t a lie. My only issue is I have to buy another because of the size and you need to sanitize and clean it between work outs.

Yes yes yesss!! I just got my sweet sweat trainer delivered today and just trying it on was awesome, super comfortable, you can adjust it to your liking. I haven’t worked out in it yet but just trying it on, there’s been no rolling, which we love!! I got the extra coverage and it delivered just that! This is by far the best waist trimmer/trainer I’ve ever had. Very durable and strong, the material feels so good against my skin! Price is definitely great for the quality!

I really love this sweat belt! I literally do one 10 minute workout and the sweat that’s being absorbed shocks me everytime. I do have slight skin irritation on my back but nothing major. I think it’s more so from the sweat than the belt.

What can I say that hasn’t been described earlier in other reviews. I love it. It’s amazing. It works with everything does not drip sweat from it. It’s all trapped inside until the boat is loosened and taken off. Which I thought was amazing although I have had it’s definitely able to hold a lot of someone of very minimal. The Velcro strength is amazing. It has amazing compression and back support and have used it in house cleaning the whole day and withstood a lot of torture lol. 5 starts for an amazing product and very versatile as it is easy to use. Also came it a convenient mesh wash bagOh I also love the non skip rubber use inner lining. Genius!!!

BEST GYM WAIST TRIMMER!!! It is my second time purchasing this belt and it is even better. Better coverage and material is thicker. Probably I used my first one way too much that it shrunk. With my exercises and cardio, I lost 30 pounds in 3 months. Will recommend to wear this when doing cardio. Very comfortable and would not let your shorts or leggings roll down. It will keep everything in place.
