LOVE this!!! It's already paid for itself!
SEE UPDATE BELOW: I work in a customer fulfillment warehouse and have 10+ hours shifts. My back tends to go out of alignment from previous injuries and I try to stick out my shift, but the flare ups can be horrendous with muscle spasms in 3 places, neck, mid back, and lower back. Nothing seems to help, no OTC pain relievers or pain cream, or even ice. It started flaring up today and I used this tens device for the first time. I started mid back, then just below my neck, then my lower back for 15 minutes each. (It's really not even noticeable to anyone walking by). This was perfect for using at work since there's no wires to have to deal with. I was able to work with it on, it did not get in the way and only took a about 30 seconds to stick it on and using the remote adjust the settings. There are plenty of different options for the pulses and intensity. Normally my back does not get better even with ice and pain reliever (OTC and creams) and I just bare through it the best I can because I still have bills to pay. After about 10 mins after using it today I noticed my entire back and neck felt about 90% better. Since I didn't have to leave work I consider that it paid for itself on the first use. I am so happy with my purchase.I am also packing some alcohol pads in little packets so I can clean the area first to help with adhesion. It comes in a nice sturdy case that easily fits in my work bag, and protects the pads separately from the remote/host unit. I will be buying one for my mom next. I highly recommend!***UPDATE: I noticed some people remarked how the patches lose their adhesion. I read in the instructions that if that starts happening you can wet the adhesive pad down (be sure to remove the host first) pat it a little dry with a paper towel and it does stick better.I have been using for months and I won't be without it. The only things I think could be improved are that the host (snaps on) was more secure so it doesn't pop off sometimes. And also the remote needs a battery, I would love it if it was rechargeable like the host.

It works and it stays on too
I bought this tens machine after having used a variety of fairly good quality tens machines that were wired. The problem with wired is that you can’t put them on certain parts of your body such as the hip or the thigh. They basically fall off every time you sit on the wire too hard. Once the wired ones are unplugged, you have to go through the whole process of reattaching. I figured why not, the price is right, I’m going to give us unit a try and see how it compares to my wired units. I was not expecting it to be anything close to the results I got from my wired units. I was wrong. My last bout of pain was already into the 2nd week. Is it coincidence that within the next eight hours of having use this unit the pain broke? I have nothing else to attribute it to than this device. That said, it is assumed that tens works and if you’ve used a wired machine you are going to love this because it’s going to work just as good as your wired machine but in a very finite area. That’s the disadvantage of this machine. You can’t move the pads further apart as it stays in a very localized area. I’d love to see the manufacturer make different size replacement pads. I’d also like to see them make a package where there are two of these devices and a bunch of different sized pads or just one unit and a variety of different pads.. I think people would buy this without hesitation if they realized how good this unit worked. I was also surprised how well the pad stuck. If I found the end curling, I just wet it with a little bit of water and it stuck immediately. With my wired tens units and pads on my hip, they always fell off multiple times a day and then once they kept falling off and had to be reapplied, the pads were shot after just a certain period of time from the wear and tear. Since this unit doesn’t have wires, the pads stuck better because the pads weren’t being polled either by gravity or Leg movement and falling off repeatedly necessitating repeated application, which, in essence, made the pads stick less and less each time they were reapplied. I bought this for the convenience, but it’s a very effective machine and a very good investment in your health. Oh, and in the past I’ve had problems with some of the pads having adhesives that were irritating to my skin. This was gentle, and I experienced no irritation from the pads at all. I didn’t even know they were on. I will be buying a spare in the future. I will say that I have not figured out how to do the long press to get the additional settings that was a little complicated for me by the original settings that were automatic did the trick so it wasn’t an issue…all in all, it’s a good purchase.

Good product, but has its flaws
I was looking to get away from a wired TENS unit so I gave this one a try. I needed something for my lower back and this one actually works pretty good. It's simple to activate, it can be set for 15 or 30 minute usage, and it has several different settings, depending on what you need for a particular area.I've found that the main drawback to this unit is the adhesive pads -- they do not last for more than a handful of uses (in my case, 4 to 5 uses each) before they lose their "stickiness" and become useless. And, these replacement pads are somewhat on the expensive side, compared to the wired TENS unit pads which you can get a lot of for a good price. However, ease of use is a lot better than the wired units so I'll have to just live with the more expensive pads.

Quality
I'm a 88 years old lady. This little unit has given me quality of life I haven't had for many years.I fell in 2018 and injured my back and right knee. I've really suffered from severe pain. Dr.gave me "pain" pills which I didn't like taking. I use this easy to use.........every day. Instructionsare easy to follow. The awesome little case is so very handy also. I purchased another onefor my Care Giver and she loves it for her menstrual pain. NO wires to deal with.

Great for pain relief!
Great little starter unit. Used it daily and had a big improvement in lower back pain. However, after a few weeks, device will no longer charge.
