Welded flange, find stud if possible
The screw anchors are not the best quality.. line up very carefully. Find a stud if possible. Love the welded flange... Feels heavy duty. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Welded flange

Welded flanges make installation easier
This type of grab bar with the welded flanges are worth the extra price. They are sturdy and nice looking. They install easily. The color matches the bathroom trim in my house.

Anchoring
Easy to install, make sure to use the wall anchor if you don't have bridging in the walls. I suggest using toggle bolts for better support.

I like the product a lot. BUT, the mounting screws/receptors that were provided were not up to my standards. I used my own .hardware for that

Grab bars
Handicap grab bars were very nicely made. We couldn’t use them because of fiberglass tub enclosure. We had no support behind the fiberglass.
