Holy cow I had no idea this would be magic for my clogged duct! It provided the fastest relief of my clog that I was experiencing awful symptoms with. The quality is great and will definitely recommend to any breastfeeding woman! THIS!! I’m already in love with this product and literally worked same day to clear my clogged duct. Extremely effective. Big pillow but not hard to swallow. Doesnt have a distinct smell like most vitamins do. Ingredients list is small and I appreciate that. My baby doesn’t seem to be having any abnormal issues. She’s already a gassy girl so no difference in how gassy she is like I’ve read in some of the reviews. The first place I always look on a product, is the bad reviews. I decided I had read so much about this product being a godsend to give it a shot anyway. I’m SO glad I did. My letdown flow is back to normal if not better than before.

This supplement is fantastic! As a strictly-pumping mom, I struggled a lot in the early months of my son’s life with clogged ducts. I have had mastitis before and it is no joke, so I was desperate to try anything that helped to prevent it from getting to that point. This sunflower lecithin works perfectly! Even if I end up going longer than I should without pumping and I end up pretty engorged, I am able to fully empty without any clogs or, if I do get a clog, it clears right up if I put some pressure on it. They say that sunflower lecithin thins the milk out so that it doesn’t get clogged as easily and I believe that it’s definitely true. I was worried that thinning my milk would mean that it didn’t have any of the good fats in it for my son, but that’s not true either!

These helped clear my clogged duct within a couple days. It was amazingly effective. They smell fine but I can't attest to how easy they are to swallow because I have a hard time swallowing all pills so I tend to chew them if possible. Very much recommend this product not just to help treat but prevent clogged ducts.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second bottle. I love the size of the bottle and that it hold 200 capsules, making it worth the money! I take one everyday and on days I get clogs or feel them coming on I take 3-4. These are pretty big so I have to take these by themselves. I recently found that taking these and lifting your boobs and moving them clockwise/counterclockwise opens up and loosens the clogs.

I would highly recommend this product!! Help with my milk production and clogs when I get them. I take one everyday sometimes 2 when needed. No side effects and you get a lot in the bottle.

My wife gets clogs a couple of times a month due to breastfeeding and these pills work like a charm! Within 24 hours, the clogs fully release. All she does is take this with some pain relievers and ices between pumps. Works Everytime!
