This is the best Shilajit I have ever tried it is very good quality, it helps make you feel better during the day and is definitely worth it for its price. I have tried other Shilajit before they didnāt taste good this doesnāt taste amazing either but it definitely beats the other ones that I have tried.I definitely recommend it
