Bend downwards
Easy to open once you know how but took me about 30 mins 𤣠flick key out turn upside down and bend opens no bother then open other compartment sorted

Doesn't open
No instructions and once clicked together doesn't reopen,also inside doesn't open as it should

Wouldn't open due to improper assembly
Key was impossible to open. Once opened however it became apparent that the unit was improperly assembled and pieces weren't slotting together. I did however receive a prompt refund and can't fault the customer service
