I saw some videos, read about this product and also read many reviews of tmg on several different products and websites. I have read its used as a pre workout. I started the recommended dose at 2 a day. But ive cut back to one a day because i feel that is all i need personally. However, i feel incredible. Im 45 and i feel 25 again. Ive always done martial arts and been very active. I have teo young kids so i piled on the dad fat and been eating the american chip diet. Even when i workout i felt so lethargic and worn out. No energy, everything hurts, gas out fast and lost all cardio. Even though i do muay thai kickboxing, some jiu jitsu and weights. My one crutch is i absolutely hate running and its my last resort. Well i do fast 24-7 daily and eat one meal a day. I started eating good again and take this daily. Everything i read said it takes about 3 days to start to work into your system. I kid you not, after 3 days i started feeling steady even energy all day long. I was more awake, my cardio improved. I can swim longer, faster and harder. Spar without getting tired. I was beginning to run for about a month before i started taking this. I was able to maybe run one lap around my lake at a half mile and done. Im into my 2nd bottle and about a month and a half later and i can jog 5 miles straight without stopping. My bloodflow is better, i can feel my heart pumping more actively, i dont get winded as fast. I felt an instant difference. Im confident again, in great shape now, my blood tests snd high choledterol dropped 60 points in 2 months and my triglycerides are now normal and were through the roof. I teamed this with proper eating, fasting and working out or running fasted and ive dropped over 30 lbs in the last few months. This is an amazing product, great price and i can literally feel the energy burning through my entire body at all times. I feel like a new person. Its been 13 years since ive been able to run like this when the wife and i used to do 5 ks and train for half marathons and i havent run steady since then and two kids and 40 lbs later. Id recommend this to everyone i know! And since i do half the dose, 1 pill a day im betting id feel even better with 2 lol.

Didn’t use because it has magnesium, I can’t take it as I have Crohns disease.
