So far so good. I purchased this in replacement of a microwaveable version and I am very happy that I did. Item is large and covers my whole eye area. Heat is ok could be hotter but I think it’s just me. The item provides the necessary heat required for treatment of my dry eyes and the heat is consistent and well placed on both eyes. I am really enjoying using this soft comfortable eye mask. It fits me well with Velcro to secure which helps with adjustment - giving a bespoke fit. Easy to use and very convenient ( I don’t have to go down to the microwave every evening). It is at a a very good price of £19.99. It has only been a couple of days but my eyes feel much better already. I use this eye mask in conjunction with an eye roller & dry eye drops. Fits well, easy to use pretty much straight from the box. Keeps heat which makes me feel that its much better than the microwave alternatives.

Works really well for TMJ discomfort and easing muscle aches. I use around my neck too. Takes a while to heat up but once it does it stays lovely and warm, timer function is also very handy. Cable could be longer.

It works for jaw pain, and the switch is easy to use. Furthermore, the three temperature settings are nice, so you can increase the temperature slowly if you're anxious about how hot it will be.However, it doesn't heat the temporal area near the eyes, so it is useless for TMJ pain caused by the joint, which is higher up. This is the reason for my poor review is because it isn't fit for purpose and the picture misleads you into thinking the heating element rests higher up the face than it does.The product cannot be washed, only wiped down, so the chemical smell of the product is overwhelming initially, which sucks if you already feel unwell due to TMJ pain.Additionally, it makes your face sweat, and the switch is so sensitive that any knock turns it off.The cable isn't that long, and being plugged in to use it can be inconvenient.

I absolutely LOVE this eye mask 🥰 I've struggled with tension headaches, eye aches, and occasional migraines for a long while now. The best I could previously do was put a warm flannel over my forehead and eyes. By comparison, this eye mask heats up super quickly, stays very warm for up to 30 minutes at a time, is super comfortable, AND blocks out some sound too (as it covers your ears. As an added bonus the eye mask is USB powered, so as long as you've got a high-output (2A or higher) USB power bank, you can use it when away from a mains power supply.

i boight this as i have blepharitis eye it helps to clear it and is better than just using a hot wet cloth! this does get rather hot in use and thats on the medium setting .. it has 3 this can be used with a plug at the wall or with a battery bank if u have one i use it in bed with a battery and during the day as needed at the wall if ur heat sensitive jd reccomend at the first setting ... the setting switch also gets hot during use but hasnt caused any issues i only use it 10 minutes at a time

Great item as it fits all around head. It heats up to a good standard, it's comfortable and it washes well. The battery life is very good too as it gives you a good choice of time you can use.
