If you're not sleeping well this product is great.

This is my go-to option when I can't sleep. Also, I do not wake up groggy, which I love.

My husband and I had been taking Tylenol PM because it helped us with the pain that caused us to lose sleep, and to sleep. We saw a video speaking on how the main ingredient in it is awful long term for your brain, helping to bring on dementia and Alzheimer’s. We didn’t like the sound of that, so we looked for other options. I can’t take melatonin because it has terrible side effects on me. So I looked for melatonin-free, natural sleep aid and came across this. The pieces are extremely tiny, and you’re supposed to take five under the tongue. I was skeptical but took 5 and was out cold. I’m now taking 3 when I take them. Lol They work pretty fast (like in 30 minutes if that). They have no flavor, just a little sweetness. I’m so glad I found these. I don’t even need medicine for pain anymore at night because I’m out like a light and don’t notice any pain. I will definitely be buying them again!

This gives anxiety it says to take 5 I took 2 and had anxiety like I’m not going to wake back up I uses the coffea cruda with this same brand it doesn’t knock me out cold both work but this will take you down and I have severe insomnia I do alcohol free NyQuil melatonin as well as a prescription the. I wake up 4-6 hours later and have to repeats with this that doesn’t happen it’s just really heavy feels like a hangover when u wake up and hard to wake up

I use other Boiron products and tried this one out. I did not see any results.

Wonderful product

I really like this product and feel it has helped me get to sleep and stay asleep, an issue with me. The combination of ingredients seems to be perfect and I'm so glad Boiron has come out with this product.
