Excellent budget tablet
I bought this tablet to replace an older Samsung Galaxy Tab model that is now outdated with very little RAM for my needs. At first, I was a bit cautious because of the low price and the fact that it is not one of the more well known brands. Now that I have been using the device for a couple of weeks I can say that it is very well designed and built. The clean version of the latest Android 15 and the lack of bloatware makes it very fast and helps extend the battery life.Browsing the internet, reading books and streaming TV and movies are all fully supported. The screen is bright with good colours and the sound good quality. The only two areas of improvement I can suggest are a higher screen resolution (it is not fulll HD) and support fro Dolby Atmos audio.Overall, I highly recommended as an excellent budget choice.

Excellent value tablet
Wife loves it. It’s exactly as described, very easy to use and it has lived up to every expectation. The large screen offering a vibrant display that makes everything from watching videos to browsing the web a joy. The performance is super fast – apps open instantly, and multitasking is a breeze. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-performance tablet, this one is definitely worth it.

Full price? Meh! Half price?...
I bought this at half price so I'm going to review it at full price and then leave you to decide if it's worth half the money.First, it's quite lightweight and feels pretty strong with a nice metal body. I can't imagine it would take any kind of drop without a protective case, but it will be up to the odd bump or scratch. The battery life is good. It certainly seems to be happy doing some work for a few hours. Internet browsing and media duties doesn't seem to bother it at all.The device can be a little sluggish on startup but give it a minute or two get a coffee inside of it and it will ping around at a pretty fair pace, happily swapping between tasks without a blink. Games seem to run well , provided you're not expecting to rip though a AAA rated game without breaking a sweat. The sound quality is not too bad for a relatively thin, budget device. It's no cinematic experience but you could watch a TV show on it without any complaints.Android 15 is the latest version (at present) and so you have access to all the latest apps with confidence you are secure and there's no bloatware or clunky custom launcher in the way of a pretty much native Android experience. The cameras are not great. They really seem to struggle with every lighting level and are very sluggish. They would be ok for a video call sat still but for any other use they are poor. It's an odd flaw given that even budget phones have ok cameras these days.So finally, the screen. First, the touch screen is responsive. No problems there. Then there's the display. It is large, bright, vibrant, colourful and the text is pretty clear. Should be all good. But here is the problem. It's actually too big, clear and bright to hide the fact that the resolution is quite low. Even a glancing look shows you pixels. Little jagged bits on curved letters. Little jumps in colour that should be smooth gradients. Personally I find it slightly distracting which is a bit of a shame. So to summarise, I'd say it makes quite a nice tablet for general family duties. It will eat web browsing, TV watching, checking emails and keeping the kids quiet for breakfast. Does it justify the full price? Not so sure, especially given the adblurb Doogee build it up with. It's not the powerhouse they imply but, hey, for that price you get what you pay for.I know I said I would leave you to decide if it's good value at half price. Well, I've changed my mind. Spoiler alert! Absolutely yes!Full price? Meh! Half price? Yeah!!

Very decent budget tablet, no complaints
I have been pretty impressed with this tablet. I am mainly using it as an offline music player for dance practice, so not an overly processor intensive task. That said considering this costs less than a tenth of what I paid for my iPad pro the difference is a matter of degree and not day and night. The screen is decent, not as sharp as my ipad but nothing to complain about. It does not feel sluggish, storage capacity is good. It's really nice to have a tablet that works well but I do not have to be paranoid about losing or breaking.

Powerful for the price
I’ve been using this tablet for a few weeks, and I have to say I’m really impressed. It works smoothly for everything I do—whether that’s browsing, streaming, or just switching between apps. The screen looks great, super clear and bright, which is awesome for watching videos or reading.Battery life is fantastic too. I can get through a full day without worrying about charging, which is a huge plus. It’s also nice and lightweight, so it’s comfortable to hold for long periods. The touch screen is super responsive, and I’ve never had issues with lag or anything. Plus, the sound quality from the speakers is surprisingly good for a tablet.Overall, it’s a solid tablet and definitely worth the price. Highly recommend it!
