You don’t need a lot of this shampoo, a little goes a long way. I leave it on for about three minutes after massaging my scalp really well and rinse. I use a deep conditioner afterwards but not on my roots.

This shampoo has been a lifesaver for my husbands psoriasis in his head. No more itching or severe dandruff which was occurring prior to using this product. It gathers up nicely and rinses out well. Overall this product is worth the buy.
