This ZEBORA Ubiquinol CoQ10 looks to be a very CoQ10 supplement. CoQ10 is an important nutrient that provides benefits for the heart and other organs and also helps to increases energy production in the cells. The recommended dose of this nutrient can vary widely depending on different factors such as age, but based on what I've read it averages around 100 – 300 mg per day, and even higher in some cases. Since as a person ages their CoQ10 level can diminish, I feel very safe in taking the one-capsule 400mg dose contained in the Zebora blend.Additionally, this brand is made with Ubiquinol, which is a superior form of Coq10 because it is more bioavailable and thus more readily absorbed and used by the body; especially for older people. Another plus with Zebora's CoQ10 is that it also contains vitamins C and E, as well as Selenium which is an antioxidant that among other benefits has been shown to support thyroid function.I've been taking CoQ10 for many years now, and a pain point of that is that the brand I was taking was fairly expensive.The Zebora product in contrast is very reasonably priced - a real bargain, actually. The softgel is medium sized and easy to swallow. It is also made in the USA, is made from non-GMO ingredients, and is gluten and soy free. I have to admit that prior to seeing Zebora products on Amazon I never heard of the brand before, but after seeing the highly rated reviews that their products have garnered, I was not hesitant to try this product.

Easy to take, easy to swallow. I don’t notice a difference in how I feel so I’ll just hope it’s working.I didn’t notice any odor and the capsules go down easily. Seems like a good quality product. Seems like a good value at this price point.

As easy pill to swallow. The coating and size are nice because they don't get stuck. I feel better when I use them. They definitely live up to the claims.

These are high-quality Ubiquinone COQ10 soft-gels at about half the cost, with twice as many (4 month supply) for similar product. I love that these soft-gels are oil based, with vitamin E and CBT (coconut oil) for great oil-soluble absorption. They can stand on their own if I can’t take them with food.I cut open one of the soft-gels, and each contains orange-colored oil, mixed with grainy white powder. The bottle of gel-caps has a humidity absorption packet to reduce sticking together. The bottle still needed a tap to separate the gel-caps but they never clumped together.I recommend this product.

Two year shelf life (when unopened) after opening most supplements should be used (it is suggested) in 6 months. CoQ will always be a part of our supplemental regimen. We've had no issues with these.

I think this is a great value for the money as it seems to be a quality brand. The bottle looks nice too. My energy levels seem to have improved and the important thing is this is great for maintaining blood pressure. They’re easy to swallow and have quality ingredients and aren’t too big.
