I think it works....
I purchased this after reading the great reviews. I bought it because I have a deep varicose vein in my leg that started causing pain. I wasn't crazy about how my vein looked, but I really purchased the cream to try to alleviate the symptoms it was causing. I haven't noticed a sizeable difference in the vein, however, after 2 months of use (2 times a day) I haven't had any days where I had to get off my feet and ice my leg/vein (after using it for 2 weeks). My doctor recommended taking horse chestnut but that just made me sick to my stomach. It hasn't worked miracles for reducing the appearance, but I'm also not dealing with spider veins. I really do think it has helped with the pain/irritation. The jar was much bigger than I expected too, so that was a pleasant surprise! If you're on the fence...I'd go for it!

I love this stuff and so does everybody else I know
What can I say? I was recovering from a really difficult skin problem and my skin was sensitized to the nth degree. Anything I put on it made my skin overreact. My mom picked up a jar of this at the local pharmacy and when I looked at it I thought, Oh no, way too greasy. But I eventually tried a little tiny bit. It is not greasy at all. AND, it did wonders for my skin. Seemed to strengthen it and desensitize it at the same time. This is one of the few products I will NOT leave home without. If I am flying or something I put this in little jars. I love this stuff. It seems to work wonders on everything.

Great product IF you follow the directions and give it time
Know this...one must be persistent and use it daily, preferably twice daily, on pre moistened skin to see best results. I've been through one small jar and saw enough improvement using it only once a day (right after showering while my skin is very damp) that I ordered the larger size and am still seeing results. I had a very large patch of spider veins on the top of my left thigh and a smaller one on my right calf both of which looked like huge dark bruises. They have cleared so much only the major spider veins are left so I'm very happy with result. Reading some of these reviews I suspect some people aren't following the directions, especially the pre moistening of whatever area you apply to and that might account for some disappointing results. For me, I avoided the pain and expense of sclerotherapy plus my skin gets moisture and my system gets some Vitamin K, which helps with Vit D absorption, which I also take. Worth a try but one has to make the effort according to the directions.

First cream that actually did what it said
I've tried similar products that didn't work at all so I didn't really have much hope that this would do much either. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! I've almost finished my first jar and my spider veins are almost gone. In fact, I had a spot on my leg that was a large cluster of spider veins which was very painful. That spot is almost completely gone and so is the pain. My varicose veins did not respond as well but I'm still very happy with the results since my main issue is spider veins anyway.

change in product
I have used this product for years and years. But, it has changed entirely over the last year or so. It is not at all the same cream as before. It is a different color and texture. The original is a cream color with a light consistency. The one I have gotten several times in the last year is white and has a heavy consistency. It is not nearly as hydrating as the original. Also I have had more trouble with blemishes with this. I will not be using it any more.

Not significantly useful for bruises
I had an accident after tripling over several things while moving --- and bruised my face. While most of my facial soft tissue healed fairly well in time (approx. 4-5 months), I still retained several subcutaneous bruises. I then read that Vitamin K creams help to remove skin bruises & thus, purchased this from Amazon. I have have used it twice daily for several months and do not see any significant improvement. Perhaps, I started using it too late after onset, and/or it was not the ideal/appropriate formulation or concentration. More to learn down the road!!

Gets rid of bruises pretty fast but I have yet to see a spider vein affected at all
This does about as good a job as the Reviva Vitamin K cream (2% Vitamin K) even though it claims to be 4% Vitamin K. But why quibble? The cost comes out to about the same and it will erase bruises about twice as quickly as they would go away naturally -- maybe even faster if you use it more than once a day! I was skeptical about it doing anything to spider veins and, as far as I can see, no Vitamin K cream does anything for spider veins. Maybe some smaller ones but I will believe it when I see it!
