I personally would not add any more sugar to this, it's already sweet with the caramel but it all depends on taste and how sweet you like your coffee.

Q: Is the individual packaging recyclable?

Hi, I have been buying these for a few years now and have always recycled them without any issues. The cover is foil, so no probs there, and the vessel is a thin plastic. I'm guessing that the recycle info is on the box, which I would have read initially, but now they are stored in a separate container so I dont have the box to refer to, so unless they changed the plastic material, I would say a tentative yes...But you do have me wondering now.

I have no idea what the use by date will be. When I bought mine it was only about 3 months.
